Who is the controller of your personal data?

The controller of personal data collected within this website www.steelalive.io is a

Polish company Steel Alive S.A. (a joint-stock company) with its registered seat at

25 Mińska Street, 03-808 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the register of

entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under the

number: 0000744039 Tax Identification Number (NIP): 1132980616 (hereinafter

the “Controller”).

What types of personal data do we process?

• your identity data (for example, your name, surname, language and country

from which you interact with us, contact data, etc.);

• economic and transactions information (for example, your payment or card

data, information on your purchases, orders, returns, etc.);

• connection, geolocation and/or browsing data (if you interact with us from

your mobile phone, for example);

What are the purposes of processing your personal data?

We will use your data collected online, among other purposes, to manage your

registration as a user, to manage your purchases of products via this website, to

respond to your queries, and, if you wish, to send you

our customized communications (based on external consent).

Where do we store your data?

The data that we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area

(“EEA”). Any storage of your personal data will be carried out in compliance with

applicable laws.

Who can access your data?

Your data may be shared within the entities working directly with the Controller,

i.e.: Achtung Target sp z o o. which act as the data processors and process the

personal data only on behalf of the Controller and in line with the data processing

agreements and applicable laws. We never pass on, sell or swap your data for

marketing purposes to third parties other than the Controller and the data

processors listed above.

Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with our

services. You will find categories of third parties under every specific process

What is the legal ground for processing?

The legal terms on which we are permitted to process your personal data depend

on the purpose for which we process them:

• Managing your registration as a user on the website: we process your data

because this is necessary for you to be able to register as a user on the website.

• Development, performance and making of the purchase contract: the

personal data you share with us are necessary to conclude and exercise a purchase

contract via this website. We consider that we have a legitimate interest to carry

out the necessary verifications to detect and prevent potential fraud when you

make a purchase. We understand that the processing of these data is positive for

all the participating parties when a purchase is paid and in particular for you, since

You have the right to request information about the personal data collected

Whenever we processes your personal data, by automated means based on your

consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to get a copy of your data

transferred to you or to another party. This only includes the personal data you

have submitted to us.

• Right to rectification:

You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if the

information is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data

completed.

• Right to erasure:

You have the right to erase any personal data processed by us at any time except

for the following situations:

* you have an ongoing case connected with the consumer service, order, etc

* you have unsettled legal claims connected with the services rendered via this

* if you have made any purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to

your transaction for book-keeping purposes

processing of such data pending the verification of the legitimate interest.

processing of such data pending the verification of the accuracy of the personal

* if the processing is unlawful you can oppose the erasure of personal data and

instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data instead

* if we no longer need the personal data but it is required by you to defend legal

claims.

• Right to complain with a supervisory authority:

If you find any part of processing of your personal data incorrect, you can always

contact us. You also have the right to raise a complaint to a supervisory

authority.
